Sufficient and proper provision for appeals is provided for in sections 91(11) and 92 of the overarching regulatory Law, the Utility Regulation and Competition Law (2018 Revision). Clause 1 of the Bill contains the short title of the legislation. Clause 2 of the Bill amends paragraph 5(7) of the Schedule to the WSR Law, concerning promotion of transparency, specifically reference to appeals.
