(1) A Business Staffing Plan Certificate in respect of a business to provide janitorial, house-keeping or related services shall be issued subject to the condition that the holder of the Business Staffing Plan Certificate is restricted to the cleaning of private homes and commercial buildings not including hotels, condominiums or any tourist accommodation. (2) A work permit in respect of a business to provide janitorial, house- keeping or related services shall be granted or renewed, as the case may be, subject to the condition that the holder of the work permit is restricted to the cleaning of private homes and commercial buildings not including hotels, condominiums or any tourist accommodation. SL 116 of 2007 (3) The respective restrictions referred to in paragraphs (1) and (2), do not preclude the cleaning of windows, carpets, and upholstery at any location, including hotels, condominiums and any tourist accommodation in the Islands.
