(COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2012

In exercise of the power conferred by section 1 of the Arbitration Law, 2012 the Governor in Cabinet hereby makes the following Order: This Order may be cited as the Arbitration Law, 2012 (Commencement) Order, 2012. Citation The Arbitration Law, 2012 shall come into force on 2nd July, 2012. Commencement
