THE ADOPTION OF CHILDREN LAW, 2013 (DEFINITION OF “CHILD”) (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2014
The Cabinet, in exercise of the power conferred by section 1(2) of the Adoption of Children Law, 2013, makes the following Order - This Order may be cited as the Adoption of Children Law, 2013 (Definition of “child”) (Commencement) Order, 2014. The definition of “child” contained in section 2 of the Adoption of Children Law, 2013, shall come into force upon publication of this Order in the Gazette.
