TOWN CONVENTION) LAW, 2015 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2015

In exercise of the power conferred by section 1(2) of the International Interests in Mobile Equipment (Cape Town Convention) Law, 2015, the Cabinet makes the following Order - This Order may be cited as the International Interests in Mobile Equipment (Cape Town Convention) Law, 2015 (Commencement) Order, 2015. The International Interests in Mobile Equipment (Cape Town Convention) Law, 2015 shall come into force on 1st November, 2015.
