In exercise of the power conferred by section 1(2) of the Insurance (Amendment) Law, 2013, Law 16 of 2013, the Cabinet makes the following Order - This Order may be cited as the Insurance (Amendment) Law, 2013 Section 5 of the Insurance (Amendment) Law, 2013, Law 16 of 2013, shall come into force on the 16th day of January, 2015.
