THE SECONDHAND DEALERS LAW, 2014 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2016

In exercise of the power conferred by section 1(2) of the Secondhand Dealers Law, 2014, the Cabinet makes the following Order - This Order may be cited as the Secondhand Dealers Law, 2014 (Commencement) Order, 2016. The provisions of the Secondhand Dealers Law, 2014 shall come into force on the 1st day of June, 2016.

Made in Cabinet the 31st day of May, 2016.
