THE PUBLIC LANDS LAW, 2017 (LAW 35 OF 2017)

In exercise of the power conferred by section 1(2) of the Public Lands Law, 2017, the Cabinet makes the following Order - This Order may be cited as the Public Lands Law, 2017 (Commencement) Order, 2017. The provisions of the Public Lands Law, 2017 shall come into force on the 1st day of June, 2017.
