THE OLDER PERSONS LAW, 2017 (LAW 14 OF 2017)

In exercise of the power conferred by section 1(2) of the Older Persons Law, 2017 (Law 14 of 2017), the Cabinet makes the following Order - This Order may be cited as the Older Persons Law, 2017 (Commencement) Order, 2017. The provisions of the Older Persons Law, 2017 (Law 14 of 2017) shall come into force on the 17th day of July, 2017.
