A LAW TO AMEND THE MUTUAL FUNDS LAW (2020 REVISION) TO CHANGE A REFERENCE IN THE DEFINITION OF REGULATED MUTUAL FUND; AND FOR INCIDENTAL AND CONNECTED PURPOSES ENACTED by the Legislature of the Cayman Islands. Amendment of section 2 of the Mutual Funds Law (2020 Revision) - definitions The Mutual Funds Law (2020 Revision) is amended in section 2 in the definition of “regulated mutual fund” by deleting the words “section 4(1)(b)” and substituting the words “section 4(1)”.
