(COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Companies (Amendment) (No. 2) Law, 2020, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) (No. 2) Law, 2020 (Commencement) Order, 2020. Commencement With the exception of sections 3, 5, 6, 7, 16 and 17, the Companies (Amendment) (No. 2) Law, 2020 comes into force on 29th June, 2020.
