Paragraph 1

(Law 20 of 2020) LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) LAW, 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Limited Liability Companies (Amendment) (No. 2) Law, 2020, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Limited Liability Companies (Amendment) (No. 2) Law, 2020 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order, 2020.

Paragraph 2

Commencement The remaining provisions of the Limited Liability Companies (Amendment) (No. 2) Law, 2020 come into force as follows — (a) sections 2(a) and 4 come into force on 1st September 2020; and (b) section 2(b) comes into force on 1st October, 2020.
