(COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2021 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Companies (Amendment) (No. 3) Act, 2020, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) (No. 3) Act, 2020 (Commencement) Order, 2021. Commencement (1) Sections 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the Companies (Amendment) (No. 3) Act, 2020 come into force on 1st February, 2021. (2) Section 4 of the Companies (Amendment) (No. 3) Act, 2020 comes into force on 1st March, 2021.
