Public Holidays Act (2007 Revision) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the Public Holidays Act (2007 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Public Holidays (No. 2) Order, 2022. Amendment of the Schedule to the Public Holidays Act (2007 Revision) - list of Public General Holidays The Public Holidays Act (2007 Revision) is amended in the Schedule by inserting after paragraph 18 the following paragraph — “19. In the year 2023 only, in honour of the coronation of His Majesty King Charles III, 8th May, 2023 is a Public General Holiday.”. Made in Cabinet the 24th day of November, 2022.
