(COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2023 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Anti-Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2022, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Anti-Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2022 (Commencement) Order, 2023. Commencement The Anti-Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2022 comes into force on 30th January, 2023. Made in Cabinet the 25th day of January, 2023. Kim Bullings Clerk of the Cabinet
