Proceeds of Crime (Amendment) Act, 2023 PROCEEDS OF CRIME (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2023 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Proceeds of Crime (Amendment) Act, 2023, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Proceeds of Crime (Amendment) Act, 2023 (Commencement) Order, 2024. Commencement (1) Subject to subparagraph (2), the Proceeds of Crime (Amendment) Act, 2023 comes into force on 31st January, 2024. (2) Sections 11, 12 and 13 of the Proceeds of Crime (Amendment) Act, 2023 come into force on 30th April, 2024.
