Limited Liability Companies (Amendment) Act, 2023 LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2023 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Limited Liability Companies (Amendment) Act, 2023, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Limited Liability Companies (Amendment) Act, 2023 (Commencement) Order, 2024. Commencement The Limited Liability Companies (Amendment) Act, 2023 comes into force on 31st July, 2024. Made in Cabinet the 30th day of July, 2024. Kim Bullings Clerk of the Cabinet
