BANKS AND TRUST COMPANIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2023 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Banks and Trust Companies (Amendment) Act, 2023, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Banks and Trust Companies (Amendment) Act, 2023 Commencement The Banks and Trust Companies (Amendment) Act, 2023 comes into force on 31st July, 2024.
