Virtual Assets (Service Providers)(Amendment)(No.2) Act, 2023 VIRTUAL ASSET (SERVICE PROVIDERS)(AMENDMENT)(NO.2) ACT, 2023 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Virtual Asset (Service Providers) (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 2023, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Virtual Asset (Service Providers) (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 2023 (Commencement) Order, 2024. Commencement The Virtual Asset (Service Providers)(Amendment)(No. 2) Act, 2023 comes into force on 31st July, 2024.
