SECURITIES INVESTMENT BUSINESS (AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Securities Investment Business (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2024, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Securities Investment Business (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2024 (Commencement) Order, 2024.
