Companies Act (2023 Revision) COMPANIES (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 5) ORDER, 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 282 of the Companies Act (2023 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation and commencement (1) This Order may be cited as the Companies (Amendment of Schedule 5) Order, (2) This Order comes into force on 1st January, 2025. Amendment of Schedule 5 to the Companies Act (2023 Revision) - fees The Companies Act (2023 Revision) is amended in Schedule 5 as follows — (a) in Part 2 as follows — (i) in paragraph (a)(i), by deleting the words “$800” and substituting the words “$900”; and (ii) in paragraph (a)(ii), by deleting the words “$1,040” and substituting the words “$1,140”; (b) in Part 4 as follows — (i) in paragraph 1(a), by deleting the words “$825” and substituting the words “$925”;

Paragraph 2 Companies (Amendment of Schedule 5) Order, 2024

(ii) in paragraph 1(b), by deleting the words “$1,125” and substituting the words “$1,225”; (iii) in paragraph 1(c), by deleting the words “$2,109” and substituting the words “$2,209”; (iv) in paragraph 1(d), by deleting the words “$2,693” and substituting the words “$2,793”; and (iv) in paragraph 2, by deleting the word “item” and substituting the word “paragraph”; and in Part 5, in paragraph 2, by deleting the words “$1,550” and substituting the words “$1,650”.
