(COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2025 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Legal Services Act, 2020, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Legal Services Act, 2020 (Commencement) Order, Commencement of Legal Services Act, 2020 Parts 3 to 11 and sections 96, 97, 98 and 100 come into force on 1st January, 2026.
