Paragraph 1

IMMIGRATION (TRANSITION) (AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2026 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Immigration (Transition) (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2026, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Transition) (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2026 (Commencement) Order, 2026.

Paragraph 2

Commencement The Immigration (Transition) (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2026 comes into force on 1st May, 2026, immediately after the commencement of the Immigration (Transition) (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2025. Made in Cabinet the 15th day of April, 2026. Kim Bullings Clerk of the Cabinet
