ERRATUM - PUBLIC HEALTH ACT (2026 REVISION) (E1 of 2026) NOTICE OF ERRATUM The Public Health Act (2026 Revision) was published as Supplement No. 11 with Legislation Gazette No.
8 of 10th February, 2026.
An error appears in the Schedule which inadvertently omitted paragraph 2.
The correct wording of paragraph 2 should be as follows:
2. The Cabinet may by Notice amend this Schedule.
Subscribers are requested to amend their copies of the Public Health Act (2026 Revision) accordingly.
