THE IMMIGRATION LAW (2015 REVISION)
The Cabinet, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 99 of the Immigration Law (2015 Revision), makes the following Regulations - These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment) Regulations, 2018. The Immigration Regulations (2017 Revision) are amended in regulation 20 (3) by inserting after paragraph (b) the following paragraph - “(ba) within twenty-four hours of the arrival of a cruise ship into the Islands, to disembark and to re-embark that cruise ship and to leave the Islands by that cruise ship;”.
