Exempted Limited Partnership Act (2021 Revision) EXEMPTED LIMITED PARTNERSHIP In exercise of the powers conferred by section 48 of the Exempted Limited Partnership Act (2021 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation and commencement (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Exempted Limited Partnership (2) Regulations 2(a) to (d), 2(f) and 3 come into force on 1st January, 2024. (3) Regulation 2(e) comes into force on 1st January, 2025. Amendment of Schedule 1 of the Exempted Limited Partnership Regulations (2021 Revision) - fees The Exempted Limited Partnership Regulations (2021 Revision) are amended in Schedule 1 as follows — (a) in item 2, in the fourth column, by deleting the words “$100” and (b) in item 3, in the fourth column, by deleting the words “$100” and in item 6, in the fourth column, by deleting the words “$1,350” and substituting the words “$,1500”;

(d) in item 7 by deleting the words “42(5) and 42(9)”and substituting the words “12(1), 42(9) and 48”; (e) in item 8, in the fourth column, by deleting the words “$1,350” and substituting the words “$1,550”; and (f) by deleting item 9. Amendment of Schedule 4 of the Exempted Limited Partnership Regulations (2021 Revision) - administrative fees The Exempted Limited Partnership Regulations (2021 Revision) are amended in Schedule 4 as follows — (a) in item 1, in the third column, by deleting the words “$100” and (b) in item 3, in the third column, by deleting the words “$100” and substituting the words “$200”; and in item 4, in the third column, by deleting the words “$100” and Made in the Cabinet the 28th day of November, 2023.
