Banks and Trust Companies Act (2021 Revision) PRIVATE TRUST COMPANIES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2024(SL 75 OF 2024) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Banks and Trust Companies Act (2021 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation and commencement (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Private Trust Companies (Amendment) Regulations, 2024. (2) These Regulations come into force immediately after the Banks and Trust Companies (Amendment) Act, 2024 comes into force.

Regulation 2 Private Trust Companies (Amendment) Regulations, 2024

Amendment of regulation 4 of the Private Trust Companies Regulations (2020 Revision) - exemption from licensing requirements The Private Trust Companies Regulations (2020 Revision) are amended in regulation 4(2)(b) by deleting the words “annual registration fee of three thousand five hundred dollars” and substituting the words “annual registration fee of four thousand dollars”.
