Elections Act (2022 Revision) ELECTIONS (FORMS FOR THE GENERAL ELECTION AND REFERENDUM OF 2025) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 109(1)(b) of the Elections Act (2022 Revision), the Cabinet, acting on the recommendation of the Supervisor, makes the following Rules — Citation These Rules may be cited as the Elections (Forms for the General Election and Referendum of 2025) (Amendment) Rules, 2025.

Rule 2 Elections (Forms for the General Election and Referendum of 2025)

Amendment of Schedule 1 of the Elections (Forms for the General Election and Referendum of 2025) Rules, 2025 The Elections (Forms for the General Election and Referendum of 2025) Rules, 2025 are amended in Schedule 1 by repealing paragraph 7 and substituting the following paragraph — “7. If an elector provides more than one answer to a particular referendum question that referendum question shall be void.”. Made in Cabinet the 25th day of February, 2025.
