Port Authority Act (2025 Revision) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Port Authority Act (2025 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation These Regulations may be cited as the Port (Amendment) Regulations, 2025.
Regulation 2
Amendment of Schedule 8 of the Port Regulations (2025 Revision) - watersports areas The Port Regulations (2025 Revision) are amended in Schedule 8 by inserting after the watersports area listed as “Cayman Brac”, the following new watersports area — “BODDEN TOWN EAST The area situated offshore the seaside public park near to the Meagre Bay Pond, which commences at the western end at Lat 19° 17’ 18” N and Long 081° 13’ 56” W, then extends toward the reef and turns east just inside the barrier reef at Lat 19° 17’ 13” N and Long 081° 13’ 54” W. It then continues east along the inner reef and turns northwest toward the shore at Lat 19° 17’ 26” N and Long 081° 13’ 14” W before turning west along the shore. Its nearshore boundary passes through coordinates Lat 19° 17’ 27” N and Long 081° 13’ 41” W before terminating at Lat 19° 17’ 18” N and Long 081° 13’ 56” W.”.
