Companies Act (2026 Revision) COMPANIES (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 5) ORDER, 2026 In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 282 and 283 of the Companies Act (2026 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation and commencement (1) This Order may be cited as the Companies (Amendment of Schedule 5) Order, (2) This Order comes into force on 1st January, 2027. Amendment of Schedule 5 to the Companies Act (2026 Revision) - fees The Companies Act (2026 Revision) is amended in Schedule 5 as follows — (a) in Part 2 — (i) in paragraph (a)(i), by deleting the words “an annual fee of $900” and substituting the words “an annual fee of $1000”; (ii) in paragraph (a)(ii), by deleting the words “an annual fee of $1,140” and substituting the words “an annual fee of $1,240”; (iii) in paragraph (b)(i), by deleting the words “an annual fee of $300” and substituting the words “an annual fee of $400”; and

(iv) in paragraph (b)(ii), by deleting the words “an annual fee of $500” and substituting the words “an annual fee of $600”; (b) in Part 4 — (i) in paragraph 1(a), by deleting the words “an annual fee of $925” and substituting the words “an annual fee of $1,025”; (ii) in paragraph 1(b), by deleting the words “an annual fee of $1,225” and substituting the words “an annual fee of $1,325”; (iii) in paragraph 1(c), by deleting the words “an annual fee of $2,209” and substituting the words “an annual fee of $2,309”; (iv) in paragraph 1(d), by deleting the words “an annual fee of $2,793” and substituting the words “an annual fee of $2,893”; and (v) in paragraph 2, by deleting the words “a fee equal to the lowest band of the annual fee by an exempted company as set out in item 1(a)” and substituting the words “a fee of $925”; and in Part 5, in paragraph 2, by deleting the words “is $1,650” and substituting the words “is $1,750”.
