Exempted Limited Partnership Act (2025 Revision) EXEMPTED LIMITED PARTNERSHIP In exercise of the powers conferred by section 48 of the Exempted Limited Partnership Act (2025 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation and commencement (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Exempted Limited Partnership (2) These Regulations come into force on 1st January, 2027.
Regulation 2 Exempted Limited Partnership (Amendment) Regulations, 2026
Amendment of Schedule 1 to the Exempted Limited Partnership Regulations (2025 Revision) - fees The Exempted Limited Partnership Regulations (2025 Revision) are amended in item 4 of Schedule 1 under column 5 as follows — (a) by deleting the words “$1,300” and substituting the words “$1,400”; and (b) by deleting the words “$2,100” and substituting the words “$2,200”.
