Legal Services Act, 2020 LEGAL SERVICES (PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2026 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 99 of the Legal Services Act, 2020, the Cabinet, after consultation with the Council, makes the following Regulations — Citation These Regulations may be cited as the Legal Services (Professional Development) (Amendment) Regulations, 2026.
Regulation 2 Legal Services (Professional Development) (Amendment) Regulations,
Amendment of regulation 12 of the Legal Services (Professional Development) Regulations, 2025 - overseas opportunities The Legal Services (Professional Development) Regulations, 2025 are amended in regulation 12(1) as follows — (a) by deleting the words “less than six years” and substituting the words “at least five years”; and (b) by deleting the words “Cayman attorneys-at-law” and substituting the words “Caymanian attorneys-at-law”.
