Public Holidays Law (2007 Revision) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the Public Holidays Law (2007 Revision) the Governor makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Public Holidays (No.2) Order, 2019. Amendment of the Schedule to the Public Holidays Law (2007 Revision) - list of Public General Holidays The Public Holidays Law (2007 Revision) is amended in the Schedule by inserting after paragraph 17 the following paragraph — “18. In the year 2019 only, for the purposes of holding a referendum on the matter of whether the Islands should continue to move forward with the building of the cruise berthing and enhanced cargo port facility, 19th December shall be a Public General Holiday.”.
