THE PUBLIC HOLIDAYS LAW (2007 REVISION)

In accordance with the powers conferred by section 2 of the Public Holidays Law (2007 Revision) the Governor makes the following Order- This Order may be cited as the Public Holidays Order, 2009. Citation The Public Holidays Law (2007 Revision) is amended in the Schedule by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph 12- Amendment of the Schedule to the Public Holidays Law (2007 Revision) “13. In the year 2009 only, for the purposes of the observance of the commencement of the 2009 Cayman Islands Constitution, Friday 6th November shall be a Public General Holiday.”.
