In exercise of the power conferred by section 1(2) of the Mutual Funds (Amendment) Law, 2015, the Cabinet makes the following Order - This Order may be cited as the Mutual Funds (Amendment) Law, 2015 The Mutual Funds (Amendment) Law, 2015 shall come into force on the 1st day of January, 2019.
