Regulation 1
Citation and commencement These Regulations may be cited as the National Conservation (Fees and Forms) Regulations (2022 Revision). Forms The Council shall prepare and publish in the Official Gazette and in such other media as it considers necessary the forms required under the National Conservation Act, 2013 [Law 24 of 2013] for permits and licences and for the applications for such permits and licences. Fees The prescribed fee for the item specified in column 1 of the Table of Fees in the Schedule is the amount specified in column 2.
