Public Holidays Act (2007 Revision) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the Public Holidays Act (2007 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Public Holidays Order, 2022. Amendment of the Schedule to the Public Holidays Act (2007 Revision) - list of Public General Holidays The Public Holidays Act (2007 Revision) is amended in the Schedule by inserting after paragraph 17 the following paragraph — “18. In the year 2022 only, for the purposes of the funeral ceremony of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, 19th September, 2022 is a Public General Holiday.”.
