Public Holidays Act (2007 Revision) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the Public Holidays Act (2007 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Public Holidays Order, 2025. Amendment of the Schedule to the Public Holidays Act (2007 Revision) - list of Public General Holidays The Public Holidays Act (2007 Revision) is amended in the Schedule by repealing paragraph 11 and substituting the following paragraph — “11. In the year 2025, 30th April 2025 shall be a public general holiday being the day that the Governor appointed by proclamation for a general election in the Islands in accordance with section 86(1) of the Cayman Islands Constitution Order, 2009.”.
