THE YOUTH JUSTICE LAW (2001 REVISION)

THE YOUTH (DETENTION FACILITY) ORDER, 2004

purposes of the Youth Justice Law, (2001 Revision):

Citation

This Order may be cited as the Youth (Detention Facility) Order, 2004.

The following establishments are declared to be detention facilities for the Detention facilities

(a) The Bonaventure Home; and (b). The Frances Bodden Girls’ Home.

The Youth (Detention Facility) Order (2003 Revision) is repealed. Repeal
