Elections Act (2017 Revision) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(1) of the Elections Act (2017 Revision), the Governor makes the following Notice — Citation This Notice may be cited as the Variation of Registration Date Notice, 2020. Appointment of registration date by the Governor For the purposes of the definition of the term “registration date” prescribed in section 2(1) of the Elections Act (2017 Revision), the 20th January, 2021 is appointed as the registration date in respect of the period 1st April, 2021 to 30th June, 2021.
