(COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2023 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Identification Register Act, 2022, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Identification Register Act, 2022 (Commencement) Order, 2023.
Commencement Sections 1, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16(1), 17, 18, 19 and 23 of the Identification Register Act, 2022 come into force on 16th June, 2023. Made in Cabinet the 23rd day of May, 2023. Kim Bullings Clerk of the Cabinet
