Summary Court Sessions During Covid-19 – Year 2020

Pursuant to Section 19 of the Summary Judicature Law (2019 Revision) the sessions of the Summary Court sessions during the interim measures of the Covid-19 pandemic, all court attendances effective as of 27 March 2020 shall commence and the venue for such Court Appearances are as detailed below:

Designation of the Cayman Islands Fairbanks Detention Center as a Court.

Pursuant to section 19 of the Summary Judicature Law (2019 Revision), the Chief Justice hereby designates the Cayman Islands Fairbanks Detention Center as a Court effective 27 March 2020, until further notice.
