Health Practice Act (2017 Revision) HEALTH PRACTICE (DESIGNATED HEALTH CARE FACILITIES) (NO. 2) ORDER, 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24A(2) of the Health Practice Act (2017 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Health Practice (Designated Health Care Facilities) (No. 2) Order, 2020. Designated health care facilities A health care facility specified in the Schedule is designated as a health care facility at which persons institutionally registered under section 24A of the Act may be employed, whether or not together with any other registered practitioners.
