HEALTH PRACTICE (DESIGNATED HEALTH CARE FACILITIES) ORDER, 2013 In exercise of the power conferred by section 24A(2) of the Health Practice Law (2013 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Health Practice (Designated Health Care Facilities) Order, 2013. Designated health care facilities Any health care facility specified in the Schedule is designated as a facility at which persons institutionally registered under section 24A of the Law, may be employed, whether or not together with any other registered practitioners.
