THE HEALTH PRACTICE (MEDICAL TOURISM PROVIDER AND FACILITY) (SEVEN MILE MEDICAL CLINIC) ORDER, 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7A(1) and (2) of the Health Practice Law (2013 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order - This Order may be cited as the Health Practice (Medical Tourism Provider and Facility) (Seven Mile Medical Clinic) Order, 2014. The company registered under the Companies Law (2013 Revision) by the name “Seven Mile Medical Clinic” is designated as a medical tourism provider; and the Seven Mile Medical Clinic health care facility is designated as the facility at which that company may provide medical tourism services.
