THE HEALTH PRACTICE (MEDICAL TOURISM PROVIDER)
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7A(1) of the Health Practice Law (2013 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order - This Order may be cited as the Health Practice (Medical Tourism Provider) The company registered under the Companies Law (2013 Revision) by the name “Health City Cayman Islands Ltd” is designated as a medical tourism provider and may provide medical tourism services at the health care facility designated, in respect of Health City Cayman Islands Ltd, pursuant to section 7A(2) of the Law.
