THE HEALTH PRACTICE (MEDICAL TOURISM PROVIDERS AND MEDICAL TOURISM FACILITIES) ORDER, 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7A(1) and (2) of the Health Practice Law (2013 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order - This Order may be cited as the Health Practice (Medical Tourism Providers and Medical Tourism Facilities) Order, 2014. The health care facilities specified in the first column of the Schedule are designated as facilities at which medical tourism services may be provided. The companies specified in the second column of the Schedule are designated as medical tourism providers and may provide medical tourism services at the health care facilities respectively designated in the first column of the Schedule in relation to those companies.
