Commencement: Para. 1(2) of the making instrument: the Companies Winding Up Rules, 2018 "shall come in operation on the 1st day of February 2018"; made by the Insolvency Rules Committee 27-Nov-2017. (The revocation text says "replaced by the Companies Winding Up Rules, 2016" — a verbatim source anomaly; the attached Schedule is the 2018 Rules.)
